Hand Washing
As a general guideline, if it’s handmade, it’s best to hand wash it. We highly suggest washing all handmade pottery by hand to keep it in great condition for years to come. Be sure to give your new piece a gentle wash after unboxing, before using it for the first time.

Avoid Soaking
Many of our pottery pieces have unglazed areas on the outside. Because of this, we recommend avoiding long soaks in water. Extended soaking can change the natural clay’s color or texture.

Microwave Safety
Most of our pottery can safely go in the microwave—unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please double-check the listing details before purchasing— all pieces in the color Cosmic are NOT microwave safe. Pieces with gold luster should never be microwaved. To minimize the risk of thermal shock, use the microwave sparingly and avoid heating items for long periods.

RETURN POLICY
All Lucky Lady Ceramics pieces are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, and shape are part of their unique character. These “perfectly imperfect” qualities make each piece one of a kind and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me at luckyladyceramics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to discuss the situation.
Because each piece is handmade in small batches, returns or exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received
Be returned in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
